- VeriShow requires no installation, Hosts simply embed a link in their site so that their customers and site visitors can click on to initiate the session.
- In the session, customers can communicate with the Host using video chat, audio or textual chat.
- At the heart of the session is the "magic window", a collaboration tool that synchronizes in real time what the customer and the Host do.
- The Host can place on the "magic window" any type of media and content including Images, documents (DOC, PDF, PPT, etc.) video clips or a white board for drawing and illustrations.
