What's required?
VeriShow is a SaaS solution, which means you do not have to download any software. It requires your LivePerson account to have the LivePerson API Adapter, 'Customize Chat Window' option, and Adobe Flash 10.1+ installed.
Cost
VeriShow for LivePerson plug-in costs $39/month per seat.
The LivePerson API adapter pack is required, which costs $50/month per seat (please contact your LivePerson account manager).
